Welcome to the very first Dornford Building Group blog, where we provide an update on all of the exciting things happening within the business.

It has been a very busy April for the DBG team! We managed to wrap up a few of our ongoing bathroom renovations – including a beautiful premium bathroom renovation in Seacliff. You can find some photos of the finished bathroom in our Gallery or on our social media pages: fb or Ig.

We have also been busy digging slabs and pouring concrete for some of our larger builds starting up, including a big new home in Panorama. Here is a picture of our Director, Jake Dornford, on the block with footings dug ready for concrete.

The slab has since been poured and is ready for us to build the frames. However, the timber supply shortage has impacted builders across Adelaide and we too have felt the effects. We have had to adjust some of our builds and reschedule projects until the next shipment arrives. 

The DBG team have another busy month ahead with a few big pergolas and decks ready to be built whilst we finish off some of our ongoing extensions, renovations and start construction on more new homes.
